My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2026

An easy but busy work day at the hatchery but I was able to put in a good 4 miles in the morning.

My diet is back on track and my body is feeling stronger as the initial sluggishness of keto adaptation slowed me down. My weight is down 5 pounds so far and my blood sugar is good.
Hopefully my endurance will come back nicely for a 24 hour in October.
