RE: What? THIRD FREE Giveaway in May? Yep!

In my experience, brewed coffee from (natural) coffee beans is still more delicious (not to mention more nutritious). 🤔🧘‍♂️☕

Looks like plain coffee does not appeal to you (anymore)! 🤔🤯😅

Sort:

Absolutely, the less processed, and the more natural, is the only way to go.

I appreciate sips here and there, but I like it in my synergies more. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

It seems that most people prioritize how fast/easy they get their food/drinks and how delicious they are is !INSTEAD of how nutritious (and how cost-efficient) they are !INDEED. 🤔🧘‍♂️🤯 A convenience store or a fast food restaurant often earns much more from selling food than a restaurant selling fresh ("organic") meat/vegetable meals. 💸🤯 Because of that, people who want to take very good care of their health decide to live in rural places (at least in suburbs) and grow their own food. 🧘‍♂️🤓

In regular society there is very little that is 'quick and easy' that is healthful in any way what so ever, and quite the opposite. Everything in stores like that is energetically and nutritionally hollow, which as you might guess does not go well in the body at all. That is what I would always suggest, move out into the country, grow your own food, and learn how to do things for yourself. Convenience is a trap. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

We can say that four characteristics of food are the preparation (both in terms of speed and convenience), cost (of ingredients, cooking, and other equipment), nutrition (how much of the health benefits of food is preserved), and deliciousness (which includes taste, texture, appearance, and aroma). 🤔🧘‍♂️😋

Eating black raspberries straight from the land scores high on all of those. Actually, deliciousness is also determined strongly by aroma, in addition to the other important aspects of yummy food. 😁🙏💚✨🤙

The question though is how often someone would have access to (free or low-priced) black raspberries straight from the plant. 🤔🤯😅

I just made a few examples of "deliciousness", where I wasn't able to add "aroma" (or "smell") !INDEED. 🤯🤓

Well, like most food plants, if people plant them in the ground, then they would have quite a lot in time.

Yep, I noticed, which is why I made the addendum to it, to make it more complete. 😁🙏💚✨🤙
