It's so true, we often forget about the strain on the carer. If they're not looked after, who will tend to the sick?

        Its very true Mam. After seeing this initiative by the Alumini's only I realised how much truth is in it which is being ignored,. Though I too experienced this for 8 months taking care of my sick mother-in-law.
