Thinking. About apes. Does that differentiate me from an ape? Or make me an ape? Do apes think about apes? None of those questions is answered in this post, but rather an approach to why being human means something different to each individual.
Apes can read microexpressions, so technically they understand us better than we understand them... to know what I think a human is, read my post "D O O M E R G O S S P E L" its one of my proudest writeups.
Off to read yours.
Will do! Also, as far as I know the reading of micro-expressions in humans is mostly unconsciously. If apes do it consciously, that's awesome. But humans, too, perceive them. Or at least that's what I think I know :-D
You are correct, we do read them, but not as well as other animals do. Dogs also read our micro-expressions, maybe even better than apes. I'll have to look it up to make sure its scientifically accurate... so I'm taking a guess too.
Or we can just pretend that we know everything like everyone else because we think we remember having read it once. Which is more likely than the rest, who probably only read a misleading headline somewhere. But it saves us time :-D
