How long have you been working as a cook, @chloefoxx?

I only do private contracts for certain people. But I’ve been cooking for over 40 years… I began at 4. When I butchered my own chicken with my grandmother guiding me through cooking I found my passion. Most of what I know today is self taught.

I have so much more to learn. But my craft is fine tuned. I will admit, there are times during recipe development where I question my skills. I am such a harsh critic.

Mild, I can’t eat very spicy food. Makes me nervous. It was like a 5 from a scale of 1-10

5 is not that hot, but it does make my nose runny.

Take care with that kind of food.
