Still not sure I understand latest HF, got the voting percentage stuff but was there a change now on efficiency votes, before HF ideally you voted within first 24 hoursy is that still relevant or does not matter anymore? @acidyo @blocktrades @gandalf

Yes, it's still best for curation rewards to vote within first 24-hour window.
What changed is that if you want to vote with your maximum effective power you don't have to wait between votes.
I haven't heard of that, at least it wasn't mentioned in any of the explanations that I read. Or I didn't understand them. The latter might be likely. Let me know if you get an answer, please!
