Yes, criticizing is all they know how to do. They never appreciate the team when they win but the moment they lose, they start criticizing the team. To me those aren't real fans, they're fake supporters.
It's easy to act like a football expert from the comfort of your home but if they were really that knowledgeable then they would be on the pitch instead of judging those who have dedicated their lives to the sport. Real fans stand by their team in both victory and defeat. Criticizing after every loss doesn't make you smart, it only shows a lack of respect.

I kind of agree with your statement, especially when it comes to penalties, all those who have taken the penalty shootouts know the pressure of the moment. However, I also think that every football fan has the right to criticize the performance, but in a limited way. Even people sitting in pajamas can be quite logical, because this is what football is all about.
I see what you mean but football isn't about fan analysis or criticism. Football is truly about the dedication, talent and execution of the players out on the field. Even the most logical couch opinion doesn't impact the scoreline or help a player perform. At the end of the day, their success belongs entirely to them, as fans, our only real credit and role is simply cheering them on.
I have the same feelings for this world cup especially. Like everyone is focusing on criticism, like they all have been playing it, professionally, for years. Yes, I get it sometimes professionals do make basic mistakes. But, aren't they human too? Bruno failed to scote the penalty against Norway, everyone started to target him. Like common give him a break. Go touch some grass till then.
Yes, they are not robots. And you can't expect a team to win everytime right? They have taken freedom of speech seriously lol. Human beings are not perfect, there are certain things where you can't avoid making mistakes.
