Γmg, I have one toxic encounter at the workplace that I wanted to share on that community. I wanted to vent on the frustrations of managing people, but assuming I put up that post that day, it would have been very aggressive π€ because I faced serious frustration with a dept.
I chose to calm down and write it when I'm a little bit calm. I even avoided the social media to maintain balance.
