Òmg, I have one toxic encounter at the workplace that I wanted to share on that community. I wanted to vent on the frustrations of managing people, but assuming I put up that post that day, it would have been very aggressive 😤 because I faced serious frustration with a dept.
I chose to calm down and write it when I'm a little bit calm. I even avoided the social media to maintain balance.

It is a good thinking !INDEED to avoid publishing about a (very) frustrating event on the day you experienced it, and instead just publish it about a week afterwards to avoid using (very) strong words. 🧘♂️🤓 !HOPE !WEIRD !ALIVE !PIXY
