Glad it all turned out well and no reall bad injuries were received. I am sure the scratches on the arm will heal quickly if you take care of them. Which sounds like you are. That compost pile is looking good. You are going to have one heck of a good pile of wood and sticks for a fire later for sure.

        Yes, and I definitely learned some lessons... For the compost, I will need some rain. It's been very dry here recently. I did buy an extension for the water hose, though, and might give it some use today - if the rain still won't come.

        Most of the wood is for just that - nice campfires. There are enough spots without any grass that we can use for that :-)
