Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. in this content i want to share that today i decided to do Cheat Day. Before i tell you what i eat on cheat day. I think i need to telling you guys that i am on Diet. Errrr not like trully Diet, just regulate eating patterns and calculate the nutrition that i eat in one day. Mostly i am consuming less sugar and i keep in order consuming extend sugar below 35 gram in a day. And mostly i just used it on 15-25 gram in a day. With this my abdominal circumference will lower and i think i will be more healthy. And yeah the bonuses is i've lost weight. Okay after i telling you my daily base about diet. So, i decided that usually i take on Saturday or Sunday i am eating free. Some carbs, sugar intake, and salty food. Even though i am not too reckless, just maybe i got around my limit on 35 gram/ day. And from google the limit sugar intake is 50 gram/ day. So, it supposed i can avoiding the Diabetic ill.
Okay, today i need to wake up early and putting my son and my wife in school early because my wife have photoshoot for graduation. So, yeah i feel sleepy. So, i decided after work out i will make coffee. And i think i will added sugar in it maybe just 1 tablespoon to boosting my energy after working out. And the coffee i need to stimulant my eyes. After that i am working like usual. And yeah in the noon i pick up my son after school. Eating lunch. And in lunch i just eating like usual, many protein and vegetables than rice. So, my carbs on lunch is less. Then, i am just working all day long till my wife need to be picked up.
At first i dont have any plan to do cheat day for today. But, my wife teasing me and always asking me every half hour. She feels hungry and when asking me, of course my stomach is not full. And i never make my stomach full actually. So, in the end i cannot resist my wife temptation. I think i know why Adam tempting to eat an apple. I know his feel.
Okay, i really dont know that my wife ordering 3 types of this desserts. What i think is just 1 box. But, lets see what inside.
Okay the first box is what we called here Terang Bulan. It is like pancake but fluffier and contain lot of chocolate sprinkles and also peanut springkles and also, the dough is really delicate and juicy from butter. And of course this dish calories is really high and also contain much sugar in it.
The second box is contain what we called Martabak. This dish is like Fried omelette with combination of minced meat, some vegetables,and contain many eggs inside. Actually eating this is kinda okay for me. Since the bad of this dish is just because too much oil in it. But, oil can be burn fast in our body. Carbs wont.
And the last box is contain similar with first box, but this is kinda like crepes.
So, this is the filling of those creepes. Basically just crispy dough contain chocolate springkles, cheese slice, and condensed milk. All sugar. But, as you know this desserts is really tasty. I really loved eating this desserts, thats why i never missing work out. Yeah i working out in order to enjoying those food like this desserts, hot pot, grilled meat, and especially ramen.
This dish is better enjoyed while playing games. Especially Playing Splinterlands. For the taste is yeah it is a little bit savoury. But, when eggs combined with vegetables,butter and flour dough. It is really delicious. Ahhh i remember now, maybe this is like miniature of pizza if u guys never tried this before. Similar but yet still different. And if you are in Indonesia, please try it. Many people outside Indonesia when trying this dish always ask for more.
And for the best is this Terang Bulan or in some place called Martabak Manis. This dish kinda like Pancake. But the the tenderness is really different. This dish is far more tender. And the filling of course can make you dibatic if consume excessive. Since it contains chocholate springkles,butter,peanut springkles, condensed milk. And the dough itself contain refinary sugar. But, this time my wife choose package that combining the chocholate springkles and cheese slices. Both are delicious. Mostly other is too sweet or too plain. But, this brand is kinda has very fitting taste.
In the end i cannot eat too much for those desserts. I will put in fridge and eating tomorrow. So, yeah tomorrow is leg day. Those desserts can be fuel for my muscles.
So, this is my day cheating. Not cheating from my wife but from my healthy diet. But, i think once in a while is not to be a problem. It not affects too much to our body as long as we are still working out.
