I like how you're not being too strict but still staying mindful of what you eat. Tracking sugar and keeping it within healthy limits is a game-changer, and it’s awesome that you’re already seeing results, not just in weight, but in overall health too.

yeah basically i just afraid that i got diabetic since my grandpa from mom die due diabetic. My granpa from my father die due stroke. Thats why i dont want to die miserable because of illness.
