Hi, I am Arveno from Surabaya city. in this content i want to share content about health tip for you guys. This is literally my experience not just base on google and article even though mostly articles are right about this. I want to talking about Leg Day. Yeah leg day, if you guys are bodybuilder, i believe you guys definately know about the benefit from train the thighs right. Yep, those thighs muscles is really important in our life. Maybe i can say that those muscles are the most effective to burning fat,burning calories or even burning the degenerative disease.
If you following my content, i guess you guys might know that i am doing excersise everyday. I am doing weight lifting or gym on my home. And yep this habit kinda help me to avoiding the degenerative disease such as hypertention, diabetic, coroner disease, and many more.

I think you guys already know this fluffy pancakes that i shared in the last week if i dont mistaken. Yeah this weekend my wife ordered again and i think it can considered as cheat day on this weekend. So, from what i know this 1 slice of cheese contain around 450 Calories and 1 slice of Chocolate Chips is around 525 Calories. And this dish is contain almost sugar or at least carbs. Only little egg and fat from the butter. So, eating this in one day can be storing fat and glucose for my life on 2-3 days without working. Thats why i need working out. At least i need to burn this carbs .

I know that mostly of you loving eating sweet. I think mostly human loves eating sweet nowdays. Hmmm, me too. I really like eating sweet too. Thats why i suggesting to you guys to doing GYM workout. No need going to Gym and sign up on Gym at first, it can be tricked with using some weight either from Water or things that kinda heavy that having good grip at it. Psstt.. At first i using hook bag with book inside or big water bottle inside. Until i reached maximum 10kg, then i starting to buy the real weights. And it help me. Even though right now i think the weight still not enough.

So, if you already doing consistently work out everyday, i really suggest that never missing train Leg Day. Yes, we need to train our leg muscles.Why is that?
the first for health benefit of course, as we are grow older we cannot avoiding Sarcopenia that is muscle deficiency. Our muscles will depleted 1 % each year. And that can be bad. Thats why we need doing gym to train and growing our muscles. Or at least our muscles is stay put. Not getting deficiency. And as i said before Leg is the the most muscle in our body. And we need leg muscles everyday on everything that we do. From walking,standing,weighting, sitting,or even breeding. And this is information that i ever heard from my Personal Trainer back then. 1 Session of doing Squat with appropriate weight and doing it 8-12 repetitions can burn around 675 calories each set. And we need to do it at least 3 sets each week.So, you can imagine right now how good the Leg Day can burned our excess food and sugar right?
Ahh, dont forget, when our muscles tearing up and need to be healed, that burns more calories too. And so far in my experience my Leg muscles having DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscles Soreness) almost 5 days. Usually i train my leg at Thursday and mostly my legs fully healed at Wednesday. Only one day i can feel my leg are fine and can run fast. Apart from that day my legs always sore. Maybe i can feel and taste the strong of my thigh muscles when i am doing De-Load. One week each month usually i will doing De load. That will make my muscles growing faster and they can fully rested.

Still wanna skipping Leg day?
For me, i will feel guilty if i am skipping leg day. Even though usually i throw up after doing leg day and i cannot standing fast after doing leg day. And some of my activities obstructed since to make my legs move is really hard. It feels empty and tomorrow it will feel like sore and it feels cannot be bent. So, in the end. After all i explained this about leg day.
The most important benefit train my thighs muscles are just because i love eating sweet and carbs so much. I love eating Ramen, i love eating pizza, i love eating pasta, and i love drinking sweet too. And yeah i am in love eating desserts.

But at least i can stay sharp and not too fat even though i am eating all those carbs things and sweet desserts and drinks. And yeah if i want to make my body ripped, i need to cut all those sugary and salty in order to cutting my body fat. But, i dont think it necessary at least for now. But maybe sometimes if i have budget i can cutting my body fat and at least i have the picture when my body is ripped hahahah. But, what the most important for me is at least i can control my blood pressure, i can control my blood sugar. and i still can eating what i like every week on cheat day.
