I am sorry to hear all the problems you're facing in your country. And I am also sorry to inform you that situation is very similar in my country as well. Actually all these problems eventually come from one thing, and that is simply people not having enough money to put food on the table. I still believe if everyone I had enough money to go around all sorts of crime would have decreased.
