We are living in a society and every society imposes different rules and standards to us and i think we can't get to those strandeds every time. But we are trying to get on these standards but sometimes we fail. I'm living in an asiatic country which sometimes really difficult to live in sometime due to society.

I can't be a perfect person!!!
I think that everyone wants to be perfect and other also want to see us perfect like we should be flawless but it can't happen. Personally i met with many people in my life who wants to see me perfect but I can't be a perfect as I've many flaws in me, I'm not good in many things. As we all know that no one is perfect in this world.
Sadly, this society reject me sometime due to flaws in me.
Wrong standards of our society!!!
There are many standards in our society but i want to discuss about dowry. I'm totally against dowry but we've to do this because of society. Dowry is actually a gift, money or sometime a piece of property which is given to bride and groom from bride family.
A gift is okay but now in this era, in 2025 it gets worse. Believe me dowry contains every little single thing of house like furniture, crockery, utensils, make-up, other stuff and sometimes groom family put high demand like gift some gold to our son and gift a car to our son. Really i got frustrated because of these standards. I don't know why grooms family totally dependant on brides parents.
It's okay if you guys want dowry then i agree with a condition that arrange a house too for that dowry. Groom's family only arrange a small room in their house and you know when members increase in a single small house then there's less space for room, like you can't put your all luggage in one single room.
How my dowry become a waste!!!!
As you know I'm a married woman, my parents also gave me dowry, i don't know how they arrange it, obviously it was so difficult to arrange all the things but I feel sad that when I saw my all things put like a waste in house and there's no place for that things. Because for my dowry gifts they need to arrange at least two rooms.
Although there's no place for the things in their house but still my mother-in-law taunt me sometime that you didn't bring those other things with you. Huhhh sometimes it's worst to live in such people.
A worst demand from my in-laws
Exact, before two days of my wedding ceremony, my mother in law called to my mom and asked for arranging a Gold chain for my husband and also a gold ring for my mother in law, we felt worry at that time because it's difficult to arrange gold within a single night but then i don't know how my dad take loans from his friend and arrange a gold chain and ring. That's really wrench my heart. If i said to my dad that we shouldn't obeyed their demands then my dad said these are our society standards.
Although, in our religion it's Haram to wear Gold for men but who care about religion when we've society. Sadly we don't follow religion anymore we follow society and I hate this sometimes at least in many things because society standards are wrong.
