When a baby came into the world, he's so pure and he doesn't know what's bad or what is good for him but as he grows older he start to learn the tactics of this world and he has a company of people around him. It doesn't matter if parents are good and kids aren't good or if parents are good then kids aren't good because kids learn also from the company they keep.

Juvenile crimes!!!!
I think juvenile is the age when a person has sense of wrong and right. He knows in every aspect what is good or bad just like he knows that robbery is a bad act, murder is a bad act also kidnapping is a bad act. All these are crime's and we know that these are acts but bad acts. I know that a mother start to teach to her toddler child too that you shouldn't robbed things , you can ask me my child but you can't robbed these things as it's not a good act.
Then here is a point if in our society we start to learn our kids that these are bad acts then how a young can do such a crime. We can't say that a senior person is behind all these and he trying to do these crimes from youngster because a young person has it's own common sense to do these things. So, if he's willing to commit anything it means he's interested to do it not because someone push him to do these.
Should youngsters give punishment???
In my mind crime is a crime, it doesn't matter if it is committed by a kid, youngster or adult. And if anyone did a crime then obviously we should give punishment to him and shouldn't forgive just because he's a youngster. If we give punishment then maybe there's a chance that he thinks to leave the crime and never do it again and maybe the other people feel fear from the punishment and stop doing such crime's.
But if we forgive them or say leave it he's just a kid or just a youngster then there are other consequences and one of the main is maybe we see the increase rate of crime on the roads. So in my opinion giving punishment is necessary to avoid other big losses but i also know there's no such law exist who really care about these crimes.
Should we removed the records???
If i talk about removing records of any young man crime's and in his adulthood he's leaving the crime then i think keeping the record is good thing because maybe someday in future he's willing to do that crime again and then having records can help you to find easily. Because we can't give guarantee of anyone as people change but who say they're again thinking to crime after taking a long break that now no one rise a finger towards them.
