RE: Crimes and their punishment in my vision

The earliest known philosphers - such as Hobbes and Jacques - talk about human nature: for Hobbes humans are naturally brutual and violenta; for Jacques humans are innately good, but corrupted by the society. It means that human does have the capability to make or ruin everything, depending on one's nature and environmental impact. However, case runs differently when it comes to a child. Various scientific researches have proven the ability of a child to lie at the meager age of two. Of course, the intensity is not same as the adults, but it proves that they, too, possess the deceiving power. In the end, based on this reasoning; I, too, believe that juvenile courts are necessary just as the other courts.

I agree that human nature has power to ruin thing's and to improve things as it depends where they're living or what's their company.

Thank you to agree my point of view
