What a lovely and well rounded experience they have had in the vineyard.
The combination of the flatbread with pesto and the wine tasting sounds delicious, and the harvesting and aging process you mention reflects the dedication they have towards their craft.
How wonderful to be able to enjoy a place with so much passion for what they do.
