That is interesting how the names are repeated. My grandfather, father, and one brother had the same name, but my grandfather was known as senior, also known as the first, my father as junior, the second, and my brother as the third. My Aunts and Uncles called my Dad Junior. It is not as interesting as how the names are in your country.
