I'm doing routine tests for diabetes, and the lab tests are pretty good.
That building is beautiful; it's an old castle that's being renovated.

Thats good news, MY wife had diabetes but with meds and eating healthy she has it under control
MY last blood test I was borderline for pre diabetes, so I have changed my diet and am walking more so hopefully next tests they will be better

I also maintain it with medication, diet, and walking.
