Uffda! I suppose rust is inevitable in vehicles near the ocean. It's bad enough up here were salt is used as a de-icer on winter roads. You have a far higher tolerance for "a bit of rust" than I would!

We have been looking for a small truck for a while now, the price they want for them is crazy and when this one came up for 2,500.00, other than the one rusty spot and it was in good running condition, we could not pass it up.
The other truck rusted from years of carrying bags of clams in it.
If you can get the rust under control, it should be a fine little truck. I wish there were still more options in the market for that size and capability.
