Universal products - Zucchini.
I won't be revealing anything new if I say that many vegetables are, so to speak, universal products, because there are many methods of cooking them.
For example, potatoes, as people say, are the second bread, potatoes can be boiled, fried, stewed, baked and even used in salads raw.
I tried such a salad, it's a rare nastiness, but those people who cooked it liked it and I think that it's all about habit.
An even more universal product is zucchini, you can do with it the same thing as with potatoes, but in addition to everything, you can marinate it like cucumbers and it is not inferior to them in taste and make long-term storage caviar, rolling it up in jars.
The big advantage of zucchini is that their price is much more attractive than the prices of vegetables, which they are in some way replacing themselves.
Probably, some space for growing, unpretentiousness plays in its favor, but I must say that I paid little attention to them, this will need to be corrected.
