Bot seems to be down in general - yesterday fractional dividend (roughly 10% of normal, today 0). Tip bot down.
Seems to be related to hive engine troubles (as I didn’t receive most of my daily tips from other projects either)
In general? I don't experience that, I did notice the drop in dividends though, and also mentioned it in another comment 😃
Might be right about the HE having an impact, but in my logic (not saying that's correct), it shouldn't affect the dividends or the confirmation comments for the tip

For the dividends it works like this:
- HE validator is used to check staked balance (L2).
- Hive account makes the transfer (L1).
If the HE validators are not working correctly (like last few days) we get all sorts of errors, like my 3300 swap.hive being stuck at beeswap… , but also if down at specific time it cannot read the staked balance and process the dividends.
That being said. I don’t understand the fractional dividend yesterday? And I would expect it to increase afterwards.
