You had same good thoughts about Hive and yes, the on boarding should be as simple as possible. I often say to my wife, how should a normal person do these crypto things if even I'm struggling with some of them. It has to be more simple so mass adoption is possible.

I also thought about becoming a witness and I already have a VPS which I used for other stuff. I should read into the details again how to set it up.
