3 The color of the aura.

Most of the time, I personally find it very difficult to pray and seek what religion has always tried to impose and teach us, which is the belief that there are higher powers that influence our daily lives.

However, today, after several weeks of anxiety and stress, I decided to sit down, calm down, breathe, and try to talk to that inner part of us that keeps screaming in our ears that everything is wrong and that nothing can be better, because if I achieve that inner peace, surely the outside world will reflect that vision.

Before leaving home, I asked heaven for the opportunity to concentrate and remain calm while I cried out to the heavens, seeking to free myself from all this stress that continues to consume me.

Helping out at the little store brings me face to face with the lady who always comes in and who normally has a slightly rude and repellent attitude, but for some reason this time it was totally different. I approached her with a smile and a compassionate look, as I already knew what was coming and it was that rude attitude from this lady, but as I approached her I noticed that there was something strange, she was also smiling and had an attitude of calm and serenity , which at the time seemed inexplicable to me. At that moment, I realized that I am somewhat the energy with which we transmit messages and thoughts, because obviously other people also feel it, and as that little phrase says, everything comes back, and energy never lies. That is why if we walk with positive energy, it is very likely that the universe itself will give us back what we are giving it.

When I left the store with my vegetables, it was already quite late, and the long walk back home allowed me to observe the beautiful sunset that the sky gave me on a Sunday like today, making me think of that initial message where I talk about the aura.

Since I believe that this type of energy is the most real thing we can find in our daily lives, and it is healthier for our own minds to observe details as beautiful as a simple sunset like this one.

As I approached home, it was already getting dark, and I arrived at the place where I always sit to use the internet, as it is free, but its signal and connection are an internal struggle for peace, as the poor signal causes frustration and stress, especially with the current situation with my phone.
