Community DUO games

As we all know, the HOC community's primary purpose is to support the growth of the Hive platform through onboarding initiative to bring new users to the chain. We've seen how the project has been developing, with a focus on making the community token DUO successful for everyone. It's been a great time for me in the community, and I must admit that the DUO community is the best community I have experienced on the Hive platform.
I believe we all must have read the last guest post written by @bitcoinman, where he expressed his frustrations about Hive and lack of support from the community members in respect to the Venezuela onboarding campaign he has often talked about in several posts. It's understandable how he felt, and I believe that the only way to release negative feelings is to say them out.
However, I have this to say, no matter how the situation may be, throwing in the towel isn't the best option. A bend in the road isn’t the end of the journey and a bump in the road isn’t a reason to stop but to slow down and re-accelerate, re-assess and get back up to speed.
But what if we all walked together, united in our goal to make the onboarding initiative a success? Believe it or not, this is possible, and it can help us stay one step ahead of seeing everything come out as expected.
Of course, everyone has his or her own problems to deal with, and how we use our time. But there are certain common threads that we can build upon to revive the initiative and get the campaign back on track.
An integrated, cohesive, and well-working community that works together to assist each other starts with understanding and open communication. Venezuela's onboarding project is in the planning stages, and there is a good opportunity for all of us to offer our assistance in any way that we can.
At times, great projects have to wait to find their rhythm and the proper model of collaboration. @bitcoinman has made a Google web app available as a platform for idea exchange, and perhaps we can all collaborate together to open this tool even wider and more inviting for those willing to give their share.
We get distracted or forget our favourite way to express ourselves sometimes. Instead of using the word "problem" let’s use it as a way to think about how to improve communication and collaboration and make this journey more enjoyable.
Our community flourishes on the varying perspectives everyone brings. As we plan this out let's consider the space we are providing each person to be comfortable with their thinking and to think through their ideas.
To @bitcoinman, I admire your commitment to this project and the community is there to hold you accountable. Some great projects can take time to develop momentum, nothing in between should diminish its value or outreach.
Successful community projects require some level of patience, compassion, and constructive support. I think we can continue to collectively support each other and build something beautiful for the future of Hive.
Most crucial is that we move forward united, standing behind every step before we take it, no matter how small it is. The Venezuela onboarding initiative has incredible potential, and through continued open communication and cooperativeness, we can help it achieve its potential.
Working together, we can make this planning process the bedrock that our future prosperity will rise upon. Let's keep the conversation going, exchange ideas, and help feed this project with the collaborative flame that makes our community so special.
