Welcome to the latest DUO update post. We recently released a DUO job outside of the core team.
We had set up an account called @duo-replies and @fonestreet was first on the job, he did fairly well, however a language barrier made doing this job extra challenging, so we are going to open up this job for applicants!
However this is all not so bad as there are much greater opportunities for @fonestreet and our onboarding efforts.
Remember that Venezuela graffiti onboarding campaign ? The last pieces are coming together and @fonestreet is spear heading this campaign!
We are going to have a bounty list, and an onboarding landing page post here on @duo-curator

Short slogan ideas for the graffiti tags, ideas for how the onboarding post should look like, anything else related to this campgain!
This can help put us on the map and help grow hive, if this campaign is a big success we will have way better odds and securing some DHF funding and taking the onboarding operations to the next level!
The Job
We are looking for someone that want to run the @duo-replies account.
Duties
Leave meaningful replies on all comments left on @duo-curator posts(replying on guessing game comments is optional)
If a comment brings up neat idea or brings up an issue, the person running the account is to relay the information to @bitcoinman so that he and the rest of the DUO core team can address it ASAP!
Pay & Time period
The pay is 10 HBD a month, Payment are made at the end of each month, 2 months of exceptional performance will also yield a HBD bonus.

There are still kinks to iron out with this new feature and we will continue to work on it as we go, so we ask you to bear with us and we are looking forward to seeing the content our stakers submit.
Important
DUO stakers are free to unstake as they please however we ask that when you do so you notify the DUO team, we set the curation up manually and letting us know keeps things fair for the other stakers.
Failure to do so will result in a 50% drop on curation on the remaining stake (Assuming its over 200 after the unstake as a reminder 200 is our minimum for curation) for a period of 1 week, there is no penalty for unstaking, only if it's done without notification to the DUO team.

We have targeted voting weights however they may be adjusted to ensure that @duo-curator is maintaining healthy mana levels.

Manual curation
When the voting mana is running high (above 85%) we have created a queue of our stakers who will receive an increased manual upvote when this is happening. First you must receive a normal vote from the @duo-curator to be eligible for the boost. The boost percentage will be up to 50% of a vote. Once you receive an additional curation your name moves to the bottom of the list so that everyone has a chance to benefit from this. New stakers that buy and stake at least 200 DUO will start at the bottom of the list to be fair.
