I am doing oke-ish , having a fun packed week of holiday with the fam, but definitly not looking forward to getting back to work again, furthermore I got an opportunity to start a treatment program very last minute - but that would had required to cancel the fam holiday. Now +/- 6m extra waiting - so that really sucks! But apart from that doing good!

Glad to hear it's good on your end, apart from the waiting.

For me it's kind of a dance. Bit forward, then a bit backwards.
I've decided to do a hardcore dopamine detox with the goal of increasing my discipline for good habits and needing less to make me feel happy.
