Fear is not a good thing when cycling. It makes you insecure which increases the risk of falling again.
The best remedy is to get up immediately and get on your bicycle again.
I have had some crashes, but never with serious injuries. I once fell on a roundabout where the tarmac was slippery because of oil. And I also once crashed full speed into the side of a car when the driver didn't give me the right of way. A broken cycling shoe and a bent wheel was all I got.
