Nach der Arbeit war ich heute beim Friseur, weil es fĂŒr mich nĂ€chste Woche mal wieder auf Dienstreise geht. Zum GlĂŒck bin ich pĂŒnktlich vor Karneval wieder zurĂŒck â allerdings komme ich mitten in der Nacht an. Ich hoffe, ich kriege genug Schlaf.
Bewegungstechnisch war heute nicht viel los. Ich war in der Mittagspause ein bisschen spazieren, das warâs dann aber auch schon. Mein Tagesablauf ist momentan echt ungĂŒnstig. Ich komme meistens erst deutlich nach 20 Uhr nach Hause â und dann habe ich oft noch nicht mal etwas gegessen.

After work, I went to the barber today because Iâm going on a business trip next week. Luckily, Iâll be back just in time for Carnivalâthough Iâll be arriving in the middle of the night. Hopefully, Iâll get enough sleep.
Movement-wise, there wasnât much going on today. I went for a short walk during my lunch break, and that was it. My daily routine is pretty messed up right now. I usually donât get home until well past 8 PMâand by then, I often havenât even eaten yet.
Wie sieht es mit den Kalorien aus?
Zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck gab es zwei Scheiben Schwarzbrot mit KĂ€se.
Mittags hatte ich einen Nudelsalat mit Weizenbrötchen.
Abends habe ich mir Tortellini mit SchinkenfĂŒllung gemacht â dazu eine HĂ€hnchenkeule. Super random, aber ich hatte diesmal einfach keine Lust auf Reis. Passt aber nicht zusammen, kann ich euch sagen.
What about the calories?
For breakfast, I had two slices of black bread with cheese.
For lunch, I had a pasta salad with a wheat roll.
For dinner, I made ham-filled tortelliniâwith a chicken drumstick. Super random, but I just didnât feel like rice today. I can tell you though, it does not go well together.
