Foil-wrapped on the grill is tough to beat. I like tucking a pat of butter and a pinch of chili inside the foil, then a bit of lime after. Silver Queen sounds like sweet little pearls, now I’ve gotta hunt some down. Do you pre-soak the ears or just wrap and fire away?
