Oh really? What is the number of votes that they are changing to? Is there some kind of interface for all of this that you can see how much it has replayed?

Yes, there is an interface, but in form of a log that is not really showing how much has replayed, just projections that I can make based on how fast I am progressing through the dates, it looks like this:
Okay, cool. Are people still going to be able to adjust their voting power or will it not really matter at all?
Oh, okay, so if you cut it down to like 10 percent does that effectively give you 100 votes per day?
