Another day with over ten thousand steps. Achieved by a small walk with my wife and house chores that included vacuuming the car and installing new all weather floor mats.
At work it was a busy day with lots of work and I have achieved everything that I set out to do.

Today I realized that hard fork software for witness nodes is already available. I saw that a couple witnesses are already running it.
I downloaded the hardfork version of witness software which is v1.28.0 and after playing with settings was able to start it.

It needs a full replay of Hive blockchain starting in April of 2016, which is basically before Hive became Hive. The replay is going fairly slow in about six hours I was able to replay it until 2018 only.
I have paused the replay for now and switched back over into the witness mode of v 1.27.11. But at some point I will probably disable my witness and let it run for a couple days.

Theoretically if it does 1.5 years in six hours, then it will probably take about 28 more hours to finish the replay if it goes at the same rate. Or about 34 hours for a full blockchain replay, which is about what I have heard that it takes.
Or I might keep switching between the two modes, which should take about a week. Considering that the hard fork is scheduled for November 19, I have plenty of time.

Hive have been falling today, it almost retested the low from October 22nd when it was basically at thirteen cents.
Hopefully it will bounce off thirteen cents and will go higher towards fourteen cents or it will go below thirteen cents and will look for a new lower level to trade at.

Did you know that starting with Hard Fork 28 the way you curate content will change?
After November 19, you will always upvote with the same vote power until you simply run out of votes. Right now if you upvote at 100% starting with 100% vote power you will have 98% vote power left that is changing...
Now your vote power will stay at 100% But you will be limited on how many upvotes you can do per day.

I think that is the biggest change in Hardfork 28.
