The colder it gets the more active I feel! So this weekend we had the first really - I mean REALLY - cold day at the coast. The thing is, when there is about zero degrees celsius everywhere, at the coast, due to the icy wind, it feels like 10 degrees colder but everything looks even more beautiful.
So this weekend my friend Guido and his dog Luca joined us for the beach walk. I am so glad with them having found some guys who don’t get cold too easy, because usually I am the one feeling comfortable at any temperature but not the people around me. When I start to enjoy coldness, my friends and family start to shiver and run inside towards the fireplace. Not so these two lovely guys
After a walk against heavy wind and ice-cold noses and ears we arrived at our favourite place, the LEO, where they built a cosy winter stetup with open fires, a barbecue, mulled wine, warm blankets and sheep skin to sit comfy. Had some grilled sausage from the barbecue, a hot soup and even a cold beer ;-)
So this was one of these perfect Sundays with just everything: friends, drinks, sun and beach. And a nice step count as an add-on!
