Oh yea usual bullcrap excuses to call for office presence, "presence build team spirit, cooperation! It's good to be togheter!", while in they end they just do it to control what you do, I feel you on this

        And it is not even something that the majority of the management wants, it is decided at the highest level of management for reasons that have nothing to do with work, team building or efficiency.
