what went right?
γ ate healthy and had much less sweets. cravings died down and saved money!
γ started jogging again and found it quite fun.
γ very productive week. kept up work schedule and got two big deadlines finally done!

γ overworked thanks to last week's procrastination (no regrets tho lol)

what went right?
γ didn't give up on trying to fix my eating
γ re-established work schedule with these habits: using the study hall and eating that frog
γ took on projects that expanded my skillset
γ an important one: learned to manage stress by letting go of what i can't control
γ other habits: saving money, taking vitamins
what went wrong?
γ unfortunately, still haven't fixed my eating patterns (it's a learning process)
γ kept having and craving too much sugar
γ didn't work on new apps, portfolio & upskilling
γ still doom scrolling~
how will i improve?
γ keep fine-tuning eating habits
γ (focus on eating less sugar!)
γ hopefully keep up jogging & start working out
γ keep up work schedule / daily routine
