I did ten minutes of running and walking this morning. I needed to wake up my entire body and introduce some movement first thing in the morning.
I also stand in the shower
I’ve heard a lot of people say warm showers do the opposite of wake them up, but I find the opposite to be true
I mean yeah, a cold showers will do it too
It’s gotta be a blood flow thing or something
When I skip a morning shower, mornings are a lot more slower and a lot more miserable
I feel good. I think I finally figured out why my body hurts the way it does .
The muscles on the front side of my body such as my core (abs, deeps abs, obliques) and my quads aren't as turned on.
The "default" configuration I'm in, my body perceives I'm falling forward.
So the muscles that are on the back side of my body (hamstrings, glutes, lats and other back muscles) need to compensate and work double time.
