What went right? I got more steps in than I normally do. I’ve also been eating healthier options overall.
What went wrong? I need to figure out when to squeeze in gym time. I adjusted my diet during the week so I felt like I couldn’t really check any of the boxes. However, I think I’m good to go for week two with my diet plan. The same applies to why I didn’t click off any boxes for Hygiene Routine. Maybe I should give myself a check if I completed 80% of the list? Like, I shouldn’t fail if I only forget to brush my teeth at night, no? I also slacked off a bit with the financial goals and with studying.
How can I improve? I’m putting my desk together today so I can study at home. I probably could have been a little nicer to myself for this first week in terms of easing into new routines. I’m considering a reward system for studying each day. Maybe I can get a piece of chocolate after studying.
