Today, I actually started with something small, and it gave me the motivation to look more into what I'm supposed to do and make some plans. It's not like I had a bad why, but I didn't have a good one for my goals either. I tried too many times with small victories, and they are a great start—they usually can keep me moving and doing stuff I'm supposed to do for a week or two. But I never had a good reason and why I'm doing these things, so maybe that's why I burn out and stop out of nowhere. It happened to me too many times. I think I need to dwell on what I'm supposed to do and why, which is what I did today, and it seems like I will be able to break out of the loop.
