What went Right?
I started hanging daily for at least 2 mins a day, and often did some stretches either in the morning or night before sleeping. Got my gym membership

What went Wrong?
-Did most of my stuff, almost everyday

How will I imporve?
Set daily reminders around certain times through the day, which reminds me of important tasks that I have to complete.
