Been taking my meds.
Organized my room.
Found a new way to eat bread that I weirdly enjoyed (putting the spread on the plate and picking up the spread with the bread).
Got 4 things done.
Did something I thought was super hard.
Congratulated myself and told myself that progress is good, and eventually I will be able to get to my goal. 😄
Focused a lot. 🙂
Ate 2x a day & followed night routine.
Felt open to doing more in a good way.
