Today's food neither very healthy, nor unhealthy.
Breakfast- coffee and milk x 2
Lunch - homemade roll, unseasoned beans, cabbage pie
Snack - the last cookie in the breakroom
Dinner - greek restaurant: meat, 1/2 pitta bread, very oily salad
Dinner drink: 1/2 carbonated water + poppi soda
Dessert - 1/2 baklava piece
So I ate more sugary foods than I thought. That's the benefit of tracking food!
