My Actifit Report Card: November 13 2025

One tiny run and I'm all back in the "I want to run I want to run"-headspace
I felt like I could've done the 5 km straight away but I should be a little careful >>

might also divide more up into run-walk-run segments if I start getting bothered by that aductor muscle
and then just stay at 5 km three times/week till april when I start increasing a little
by the end of next year I'd be fine with running 7 km two times/week, 10 km once per week, and then one shorter 5 km once per week and then hopefully being able to increase better in 2027
