I'm trying to work on the nutrition... So today will add chia seeds and oats to the Greek yoghurt... And a can of 4 bean mix to the lettuce when I make salads... And later I will prep some chopped veg to add in... Would like to buy some egg white to add to the eggy toast too...
It uses a lot of calories though 🙁
Stuff like those grainwaves (sunchips) will be gone... I don't usually buy them coz they are too yummy
