
Yesterday I wanted to start a new journey but slept really early and woke up at 1 AM. Which meant I cannot start with a workout and just waste time. Instead of leaving it to next day. I woke up at 11 AM again and tried to start the routine just like I imagined as I had to be a motivation to my buddy as well. Not waiting for the right and perfect moment but just doing it. I hope I can continue doing it to provide a positive environment to other and improve as well.
