My trick to satisfy hunger without going over is to eat lots of leafy greens. my preferred ones are romaine lettuce and spinach. whole carbohydrates like rice, popcorn, also tend to fill my stomach and give long-term energy. i also struggle with not receiving hunger signals and sometimes forget to eat though so it may or may not help idk. leafy greens just digest slowly so you stay fuller for longer.
