I reached my weightloss goal. No fancy excercises or crazy discipline diets, just some more walking & calisthenics. I had the occasional beer or fistful of candy, but stuck with 12-hour fasts. Come January I'll redo a body comp test. Lost it with a friend so now we both are healthier.
