My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2026

I was decluttering books, and I found that just doing hours of that, moving the books into another room to put in piles, was a better lower body workout than I get lately when trying to do a 'leg day' workout. such a good calorie burn, too. and the feeling of getting something useful done at the same time was so much better than feeling like I've done a workout but still have things that need doing around the house.
