It would be best !INDEED if you get out and enjoy the sun early in the morning (within 2 hours after sunrise) or late in the afternoon (within 2 hours before sunset). 🧘♂️

We are still fairly cool in the Pacific Northwest.... it's still chilly until 10 o'clock in the morning, I think we hit close to 68°F today!!😎
Remember that the temperature of the environment is one thing, but the amount of actual sunlight people are being exposed to is another !INDEED! 🌞🤓

Very true my friend.... up here in the Pacific Northwest according to "" we get zero UVB rays till about late March!🙄😎
