The UTC time zone is used by almost every bot (and many humans) here on Hive though, so you should at least be aware of it. 🤓

              I think it would depend on the person who talks about the time relative to his or her location. 🤔 In @tydynrain's case, it's UTC -10 in Hawaii. 🤓
